If buying a small amount, is there a transportation service?

The company provides safe transportation services to all clients for every purchase without any minimum of the load. We have a variety of transportation vehicles along with convenient equipment; such as, cargo cranes.

How long does a delivery take?

Delivery of all forms of steel takes approximately 3-5 working days from factories to shops and areas that clients need in all provinces throughout the country.

What are the conditions of transportation fee?

Fully-Loaded

The transportation volume from the factory is around 29-32.5 tons. We provide a FREE transportation service in Bangkok and its surrounding provinces.

Not Fully-Loaded

The service charge depends on the weight of the product and the delivery area. The delivery fee will be calculated according to the actual distance.

How to check if the steel has the Thai Industrial Standard (TIS)?

1. Observe the external surface of the steel

An initial inspection by observing the diameter or cross-section of the steel can be done, which must be the same size, smooth surface and the cross-section of the steel is not distorted. Also, there are no holes or waves.

2. Checking the tax label

In the tag, there is the name of the manufacturer, size of the steel, number of bundles, date of production, and the production process of the steel, which can be verified. In addition, it can be observed from the details engraved on the steel, which helps you to know the size of the steel and the name of the manufacturing company.

What is a salt stain? How can this problem be solved?

Rust, or “salt stains”, is caused by the steel getting humidity from the air or a chemical reaction from rain droplets. So, this type of steel should be kept in a well-ventilated area with a canopy to protect the steel from rain and humidity. Also, the steel should be placed at least 30 cm above the ground for air to circulate thoroughly.
